Step 2. Let’s Talk 

One of our dedicated team members will connect with you to discuss services, your insurance benefits, and your family’s needs. We will help you journey through the enrollment process and what to expect.

Step 3. Follow Up

Once your insurance benefits have been confirmed to cover ABA and/or Speech Therapy, then we will work with you to gather additional paperwork required by your insurance carrier and discuss financial expectations based on insurance.

Step 4. Assessment and Parent Meeting

Next, we will schedule an assessment date and time with one of our Clinicians. This assessment will serve as the basis for your child’s personalized treatment plan.

After assessment and reporting has been completed by our Clinicians, a meeting will be scheduled to discuss recommendations and your child’s treatment plan and start date.

Step 5. Get Started

We will greet and welcome your child to our warm and supportive environment where our staff are trained to help walk with your child on this journey.
