‍For our clients, treatment hours are determined on an individualized basis, without predefined blocks.
Our BCBAs weigh the priorities of the family, the availability of the child given other therapeutic services they may be receiving, and the level of support needed to facilitate the best outcomes.
All of our treatment plans have terminal goals that are reported every 6 months and discussed every 3 months directly with the family, to ensure we are always moving towards fading the level of support needed and increasing daily independence.

Pine Cone Therapies is a leading provider of early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy for autism), speech therapy, and occupational therapy.

Additionally, our collaboration with local neuropsychologists and developmental pediatricians allows us to help families connect with a provider for an evaluation or screening for autism or other neurodevelopmental conditions.

Our clinicians are devoted to helping all children, including those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We have practiced in Dallas-Fort Worth for over a decade and have since expanded to Houston.

Our process

We'll reach out to the family!

One of our dedicated team members will connect with the family to discuss services, insurance benefits, and the family’s needs.

Paperwork & insurance

We'll review and confirm insurance benefits, and we'll work with the family to gather additional paperwork required and discuss financial expectations based on insurance.

Treatment personalization

We'll schedule an assessment date for the child with one of our clinicians. This assessment will serve as the basis for the child’s personalized treatment plan. After, we'll meet to discuss recommendations and the child’s treatment plan and start date.
